I chatted with Kavon a bit on Monday night. Really just wanted to get his temperature after his teammate and 4-star safety Jordan Smith committed to UGA on Sunday.
Kavon told me it's been a busy last couple weeks with a lot of schools coming through to see him, including UGA, Tennessee, Pitt, USF and Duke, among others. He said GT WRs coach Trent McKnight was coming to see him today.
Conciauro currently has four OVs set up with Georgia Tech (May 30), Auburn (June 6), FSU (June 13) and UGA (June 20).
I asked if he would take all his visits before committing instead of doing an early commit before them like his teammate Smith did. He answered with this:
"Yeah more than likely I’ll take all my visits, then commit. But if someone does enough for me to commit before then, I will!"
I think it's good that Georgia Tech gets the first shot at him on May 30th. I also told him to let me know how it goes today with Coach McKnight visiting so possibly more from that later.
