Quaide Weimerskirch is out for the spring and possibly the fall after injuring his foot in a "freak" accident. CPJ said he took a funny step and boom. They moved Marcus Allen back to B-back. CPJ said he loves Marcus because he will do anything they ask of him and he moved him to help him possibly see the field faster.

CPJ said they will find out about the mystery transfer B-back next week or so.

Shamire DeVine is out with a head injury suffered in the chute in the second practice. He should be cleared any day now.

Matthew Jordan is expected back on Wednesday from a concussion.

Bryan Chamberlain was out today, will be back shortly. Freddie Burden returned to practice at guard. He can't snap because of his wrist, but he is playing guard and they have experimented with Eason Fromayan at guard as well with Trey Klock at LT.

Will Bryan had a great practice today and rolled with the second team offense for the first time for the whole practice. CMS said he is one of the hardest workers on the team.

Nick Brigham got hurt and they are down to Michael Muns and Niko Anderson at center, apparently it really did not help the offense today.

Qua Searcy is backing up Jamal Golden at KR. CRR said that Searcy has real knack for PR and they could use his fresh legs since Golden will be so active on the defense on many drives.

Jamal Golden and Broderick Snoddy are the kick returners and Chris Milton is getting mixed in there. CRR said Milton has incredible open field speed.

CMS said that guards Gary Brown and Jake Whitley still look like freshmen and make freshmen mistakes but are improving. CMS said that he would expect that Trey Klock and Jake Stickler would be in the rotation in the fall at OT.

Tyler Marcordes and two other linebackers were out today per CPJ, none sounded serious.

CMS said he expected Shamire DeVine to be the right guard this season, but he has moved Trey Braun to bridge the gap in the interim.

CPJ said that C.J. Leggett broke a couple of nice runs today, but he has been inconsistent and needs to show toughness to be an every down guy there.
