CPJ said that Chase Martenson could be back next week. PJ said they will be fine.

CPJ said that Quaide Weimerskirch is back, but they are not going to play him unless there is an injury or performance issue at B-back. They will have him ready though.

CPJ said that he was pleased with how Mike Summers played in game one. Said he has worked hard and has good tools, nice to see him making big catches. Said he would like to see Ricky Jeune do the same.

CPJ said that JT is more aware of where the receivers are in the game and should make him more accurate.

CTR said that they didn't get enough one unit snaps last week and he is concerned.

CTR said that Francis Kallon has made strides, but they are not satisfied.

CTR said that Anree Saint-Amour played a bunch and they think he has a bright future.

CTR said that Lynn Griffin and Law Austin are still tight in the race for the nickel back.

CPJ said that Tim Byerly is injured, but declined to say what the plan is behind him. I'm not sure when he will announce the severity but they will have to report something on Thursday.

CPJ said they have plenty of backup QB options for the next game.

CTR said that AJ Gray got about 50 snaps on D and 10 kickoffs, said he was pleased with him.

CPJ said he expects Tulane to be a step up in talent. CPJ said Alcorn got rattled early and that was part of the blowout.

CPJ said they didn't play well on offense last year, so he hopes it motivates the players.

CPJ talked about playing 3 games in 12 days in 2017, said it is not a good idea for injuries after Tennessee to play a team like Jax State in short rest.

CPJ said who plays behind JT will depend on situations if Tim is not out there.

CPJ said there were a lot of missed assignments from the twos.

CTR said that some starters on D got just 9 to 12 snaps which is not ideal for game one.
