CPJ said the medicial staff made the decision to shut down Freddie Burden for the spring to keep his injury from getting worse.

CBC said that Leggett had a good practice today. Leggett says he is up to 210 pounds

Matthew Jordan said he is 218 right now and is really enjoying practice. He has grown a bit too, I think he is close to 6'1" now.

CPJ said they ran Muns, Brigham and Anderson at center today and will try some other guys like Klock out.

CPJ said he told Cheeks and O'Reilly not to come back for their R-SR years because they would be done with school this spring. Said one of them it was a mutual decision and the other he said he told him they had no plans to play him.

Mike Summers had a good day today. CBP said he is making some bigger plays which is something they have been waiting for.

CBP said that Ricky Jeune is a lot more physical than people think and that he was hurt with a knee injury the second half of the season and had surgery on it and that is why he didn't play much. They intended for him to be the #4 WR last year.

CBP said Antonio Messick is doing well and he is becoming more natural at WR, said Jeune has the early edge on him because Jeune is more polished and understands the concepts and why they do things better than Antonio.

CBP said he thinks Brandon Oliver will be able to help some as well. Said that Harland Howell looks like a freshman out there but he is doing well.

CBC said that Justin Thomas will be really focused on breaking in his new WRs this spring and that is something he really wants him to work on.

Jordan and CBC said their focus for him is getting him ready to play in a game in any situation next year. They want to be able to use him if something happened to JT. Jordan and I talked about the Ohio State situation and how that was an eye opener to a lot of guys in his position.

JJ Green was pretty interesting to talk to. Said that Coach Owens really helped get him here. Said CLO was all over him when he was in HS and the family remembered that when he left UGA and that he is very thankful to have this opportunity..

JJ said this is the type of offense you love if you are a RB. He said getting to play with a QB like Justin Thomas is also very cool. He said he could picture himself playing in the offense

PJ said that Broderick Snoddy may be able to play before the end of the spring.

PJ said he is hoping the defense will step up and he feels good about JHD playing.

Jabari Hunt-Days is in the two-deep at DT and will stay there, PJ expects him to play in the fall.

CPJ said this is the hardest schedule he has had at GT and probably the hardest for GT in a very long time football wise.

CPJ said it was nice to see all the young backs, said he has high expectations for Andrews, Snoddy and Searcy at A-back.
Said they are extremely talented.

John Marvin moved back to safety and Marcus Allen was with the offense at A-back today.
