Harrell graduated early at Tech but couldn't pass a minimal load in UF's MBA program? I see this as a situation where mistakes beget more mistakes compounded by an overdose of bad advice.

Chip Kelly the GM is getting fired first and foremost. The HC comes along with it. Though, they looked pitiful in the 2nd half of the season (less the bizarre win at New England). Trading Shady McCoy was stupid. Bringing in Murray who is not a fit for your offense while overspending tremendously in the process was even more stupid. Trading for a perpetually banged up QB who hasn't won diddly since being picked way too high and has been overhyped since the day he put on an NFL jersey (IMO) was icing on the cake.
