Restaurant Report Card: Waffle House fails with 62; Alta Toro earns 100

On Fifth Street in Midtown Atlanta, the Waffle House near the Georgia Tech campus failed a health inspection. And Atlanta's newest modern Latin restaurant, Alta Toro, received a perfect score.
