is that we were so conservative on offense. When we hired this HC...I said ok...so we got a defensive guy...great. The next most important hire was the OC. Spare no expense and have an exhaustive search. Hire the most innovative-up and coming-win with less talent OC money can buy.
We got a Temple carryover and the fact that we didn’t score much doesn’t bother me. It’s that we were the most boring ass looking team I’ve ever seen Tech trot out. That was the least inspiring play calling I’ve ever seen. Our spring game showed 10x the innovation and it was nothing special.
I’ll give the guy the rest of the year but if we call scheme like that all year...we HAVE to go back the the drawing board and search for another OC. This looked as bad or worse than the 2006 ACCCG
