Since today is Wednesday, I think I missed paying my bill to the local beer distributor which was due on Monday that we skipped. You think he will understand and cut me some slack if I use "day skipping" due to Thursday night game as an excuse?

If not, I may just threaten to go to a different distributor.

(he's a smart guy...just hope he knows I mean after 3-and-outs and not after giving up TD's)

Make sure he knows that get off the field is not returning to the booth. He's fairly bright being a Tech graduate, and realizing we want three and outs to get the defense off the field.
