This game is now listed to be streamed live via ESPN-3/WatchESPN. http://espn.go.com/watchespn/#type/upcoming/startDate/20151230/

The 10-1 Irish are ranked #3 in the nation and are also #3 in the RPI. Their only loss is at #1 UConn by 10 pts. The Irish are undefeated at home with wins over ranked Ohio State and DePaul. They host #10 Oregon State tonight (Monday).

This game will be the ACC opener for both teams. ND defeated the LJ's by 13 at Pauley Pavilion last year while also winning in Atlanta by 10. This obviously will be a very difficult game for the LJ's. I'm hoping Coach Jo's troops can keep the game close into the last quarter. That would be a great sign on the road by a young team against a national title contender.

Thanks, Brother!
My thought process is jaded, thinking ESPN-3 will triumph all other takers.

Thought they were Boardwalk, and everybody else is B. & O. Railroad(body, odor). Maybe the Pope is in on WBB?

I can't imagine ESPN isn't just picking up the feed of the Notre Dame broadcast. I'm just glad a video feed is available. Notre Dame got the chance to knock off the rust during last night's win over Oregon State.. I'm afraid it could get ugly early on with GT just coming off its Christmas break.

Will be interesting to see if Zaire gets 8-10 minutes or if her PT increases closer to the 20 minute area.

Thanks, mate. Yep. I think her minutes will start to increase now that the ACC schedule has arrived. We need her. Hope you are enjoying the frozen tundra of Michiana. ;)

To win this game, Cryor must step up her spark to fire up those pistons inside that make the engine move. Defensive pressure! Find those high percentage shots and feed the pivot. Still need a true post to step up, if we want to go far this season.

Coach Jo should have her contingent of family and friends hollering for us. To get the program noticed again, Tech needs to beat this top ten team and get the first win ever against them.

If Oregon St. only lost by a point Monday, maybe we have a chance(realizing they were #10 going into this week in the polls).

Be glad you subscribe to ESPN-3, Mr. GTJT622...because my pad tells me now, the time of the game with "Available on ESPN-3".

I guess the Pope doesn't care about WBB for ND or the Vatican has a subscription to ESPN too!

Outstanding first quarter for the Lady J's on the road against the #3 team in the nation. Well done.

Great balance of scoring as well. Hopefully, the LJ's can keep this up. Nice!

Well, it was fun while it lasted. Hopefully, we can go to the break down by single digits.

Stunning news from the ESPN announcers early in the broadcast about the death of Coach Jo's brother.

Yep, very sorry to hear that. And, there is never a good time of year of course, but at Christmas it is additionally tough. Condolences to Coach Jo and her family.

JF61- Did they say when, not that it should matter because that is terribly sad news? Have been listening to R.M. since he came on the air, unless I missed it while fumbling with the video feed(did say darn it, several times at the iPad-even downloaded the ESPN App.).

Prayers will be going out shortly.

Not to get away from the 10 point halftime deficit for this game, but Robert Carter, Jr. hit a huge three to seal the comeback for Myd. against Penn. St. today.

....Back to the GTWomen-

Very impressed with Guimaraes in her limited time on the court so far tonight.

I believe they said it was last week with the funeral over the weekend.

Welcome to the big time, Ciani Cryor. Wow!

Gonna love watching this young lady for the next 3+ years.

ESPN-3 announcer just said her older brother was buried Monday.

edit note: he actually said the funeral was Monday, not necessarily "burial"...sorry

Tough 2nd and 3rd quarters, but the 1st and 4th quarters were outstanding by the Lady J's. Very pleased with the showing tonight. ND leads the nation in 3FG% and it showed. They are devastating from deep.

This is encouraging. Very very encouraging!!!
