The JJ's shoot for their 16th win on the season just up the road in Cobb County against the Owls. The game will be streamed live via ESPN-3 (way to go, KSU!!!!). Big Country will once again take the hill for the Good Guys.

It is still a little early for the RPI to mean anything, but it is starting to take shape much better than 2 weeks ago. Tech is 19th in the current Live RPI... http://warrennolan.com/baseball/2016/rpi-live
5 ACC teams are in the top 9 of the current RPI...this includes the Cheaters at #2, Tech's upcoming ACC opponent (starting Thursday night this week, not Friday, as they finish before Easter Sunday) as well as FSU who we have already been swept by at #9.
KSU is currently #206 in the RPI. But, this of course means nothing. Especially in a midweek game when anything typically goes. KSU is currently 7-13 on the season, having gone 1-10 in their last 11 and riding a 6-game losing streak.
Last year, the 2 teams split the season series with each team winning on the other's home field. Tech has won each of its last 3 trips to KSU. Here's hoping the guys can register that 16th win in advance of a road trip on Wednesday during spring break to get to Chapel Hell for the Thursday thru Saturday series.
Go Jackets!!
edit note: side note, the Jackets' game at Pitt on April 10, Sunday, at 1pm, is scheduled to be streamed live via ESPN-3...this differs from the originally announced schedule...this is confirmed at the WatchESPN schedule for that date...so, the entire road series at Pitt will be streamed live via ESPN-3
