FOOTBALL GTAA to get $275 million from recent fund raiser

In a recent email from President Peterson the GTAA is to receive $275 million as part of the recent successful $1.8 Billion fundraiser campaign.
Kelly (or anyone who knows) if that is the case how can our Atheletic Asso be so strapped for cash?
Or did I read it wrong??
