GT Volleybees including commitments...

I watched the match via ESPN-3 last night. We easily could have won this one. We should have won Set 1 as we jumped out to a 12-6 lead and then blew it. Even then, it went down to the end. Frustrating loss for CMC and the ladies. This is a match I guarantee we win next year given another year as these young'uns grow further. Tomorrow likely will be a blowout, but if we can win at least 1 set that is a minor battle win.

We should defeat Notre Dame at home next weekend on Sunday. Getting a W on Friday night at home against Louisville will be difficult but always possible at O'Keefe if our gals play to their potential.

FSU swept GT, 3-0, as expected.

Thank goodness for NFL Falcons football and Alabama(was that not tough pulling for them over any team?)Red Tide!

Next 3 matches are likely losses. Good to get the win today against a bad ND team. Kinda strange that ND is so bad in volleyball. You'd think with their national and international reach that they'd be a powerhouse.

Finishing 20-12/11-9 and being on the postseason bubble is still achievable. I have us projected at 12-9/3-6 thru these next 3 matches but then finish on a 8-3 run over our last 11 matches when the schedule eases some and we get more matches at O'Keefe. Even a 18-14/9-11 final record would be nice improvement over last year and last few years.
