GT Donation question. UPDATED

Talked to a couple of guys at Tech about this. Here is the net/net:

Full Steam Ahead - facility upgrades
Competitive Drve - scholarships funding $6.3M students f schollies
Tech Way - getting the talent, so athletic payment fund.

Today is Giving Tuesday so I’m stepping up with extra GT love. My question is where is it best suited - this gets confusing. Is it The Tech Way, Competitive Drive or Full Steam Ahead?
