2016 @GTbaseball TV Schedule Announced

The Yellow Jackets will have a pair of national TV broadcasts

THE FLATS -- No less than 24 Georgia Tech baseball games will be broadcast this year on television or online via ESPN3 as part of another robust baseball broadcast package from the Atlantic Coast Conference.

Of Tech's 24 broadcasted games, two will air nationally (ESPNU and SEC Network), 20 on ESPN3, one on SEC Network Plus and the annual Georgia Tech-Georgia game in the Kauffman Tire Spring Classic for Kids at Turner Field on Fox Sports South on May 17.

The Yellow Jackets will host Miami on ESPNU on Monday, May 9 at 7 p.m. ET as part of the ACC’s Monday Night Baseball Package. Tech’s other national television appearance comes Tuesday, March 8 at Auburn on the SEC Network at 5:30 p.m. ET.

Tech's ESPN3 exposure comprises 14 of the team's 30 ACC contests, including broadcasts of entire home series versus NC State and Boston College, and the entire road series at Florida State.

ESPN3 will also carry non-conference home games versus Georgia, Auburn and Coastal Carolina and a road game at Kennesaw State. SEC Network Plus (the SEC Network's digital platform) airs the Tech at Georgia game on April 26.

In addition to the television coverage, all 56 games of the regular season can be heard on WREK in Atlanta, and online at WREK.org. All home games not aired on TV or ESPN3 will be video-streamed live on RamblinWreck.com (All-Access subscription required).

Tech's TV games are part of a record 176 ACC baseball games, including all 15 games of the ACC Baseball Championship in Durham, North Carolina (May 24-29), to air on television.

Tech opens the 2016 season next weekend by welcoming Purdue, Western Michigan and VCU to Russ Chandler Stadium. Season and single-game tickets are now on sale. Please call 1-888-TECH-TIX or visit RamblinWreck.com/tickets for more information.
