Does anyone know why we quit wearing the incredible gold numerals that we wore against Western Carolina in 2011.............Even if the elderly cannot see the numerals clearly, at night they are MUCH more visible because they glow. Further, they look really good.
In 1998, 1999, 2000, and 2001, one of the best stretches of Tech football in our history, we wore these jerseys.
Would anybody be down to wear them at least every now and then? Throw in the blue jerseys, the throw back old gold helmets and pants, and the White GT hats.............wear a different one each game.
The blue numerals are getting old, ever since Gailey reintroduced them. They look fine and all, but the gold numerals look amazing. Who is down for this change?
BTW we have the best jerseys in the country so I hope we stick with Russel for this reason.
