Just asking... headline today is that the board of regents approve moving forward on the Georgia State athletic complex at the old Turner stadium site.
Is the state or the Georgia state university general funding financing these capital improvements?
Just wondering because the GTAA has to finance every dime of improving our athletic complexes, while all of the operations of our athletic department run at a below shoestring budget while we pay off past upgrades.
