That's a 6-day option and not a 6-pack option, mates.

By October 24th, we may need a 72-pack option to get us through the rest of this season. Yikes!

I LOATHE YOU, ESPN!

I feel it will be a noon game, just don't see us getting a prime time slot. Now I'll have to get up at 3:00am to start drinking.

That's 3am Thursday morning, right? It's homecoming weekend. Those little old ladies in Mayberry just needed a reason to sample their recipe remember. Like, today it is Columbus Day. Nice people who live down in Columbus, Georgia. Unclear why the entire post office and my bank here over 700 miles away feels the need to celebrate it. But, if it gives a reason to sample the recipe, then works for me. Just hope Barney isn't walking around going POW POW POW!

Damn I lived in Columbus Georgia 25 years moved to Woodstock Georgia and my boss made me work. Good thing I have no problem drinking at work. This Bud Light is for you my friend :) the other 11 are for me.:p

The fact you used the word "work" twice in one reply suggests you need to go home and drink. You are taking things too seriously. Being a doctor, I prescribe you to go home, drink 33 Bud Lights and then call in tomorrow morning advising you will need to miss that thing called work due to having severe headaches caused by watching too much Tech football this fall. I still think you need to put in for that quality control job at the Anhuiser-Busch (mine's fine, how's yours?) brewery though.

If I could get that job with them I would have to reconsider retiring at the end of this year.

Here's a pictorial guide to try to soothe your misery of this meltdown season...

...note, I turned to these back in the pre-internet days to get through 1994, 1988, and 1987. Back in 1980 & 1981, we just had to suffer. Damn Reagan!

Hopefully, we can get back to some better days. All we can do is hope at this point.

In the meantime, I'm having pork chops tonight, steak tomorrow night, and beer every night.

Clemson-Miami will be on ABC at 12 noon.
FSU-GT still undecided per ESPN. Should be announced between now and in the next 5 hours.

Unclear what the hold up is. Knowing Clem at Da U is at noon, I thought we'd default to 7 or 7:30. Perhaps we are so bad now ESPN is looking to see if they can contract us out to a Spanish channel like Telemundo. Getting your butt kicked in Spanish looks the same but sounds way more exciting. The announcer may get hoarse from number of times FSU's offense (and our defense...if you want to call it that) makes him go...

...Gooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooal!

Sheesh it's gonna get ugly fast if we can't get a TO or two early. Louisville had some early success against FSU, but the noles just had too much for them (on both sides of the ball). It would help if Dalvin Cook isn't over his hammy issue, but that remains to be seen. I'll be there cheering on the Jackets regardless....here's to hoping it's a good game with no injuries!
