I also can run the 40 in 4 minutes . If I don't take a break I can get close to 3 minutes.

Depends on the turf. A 4/10 difference of a second is not as important as game speed, using angles, et al.

When DJ ran down James Conner on Heinz Field 2 seasons ago, I think he was running the 40 in about 3.6.
