Next Monday the playoff continues.

I really wish we had seen more than 4 in the playoff. Stanford deserved a shot.

Clemson , as for more in the playoff , I don't think it matters if you have 8 or 16 there will always be some that think they should have been in and were not picked.

final rankings
7 - Ohio State
8- Notre Dame
9- FSU
10- UNC

I would have been fine with any of these last 4 being the last 2 in this year. They might have played harder if it had been a bracket game.

I'm actually not just pulling for the Orangenecks, but I'm wagering on them. If they can lose by 6 1/2 or less, I'm a happy guy. :D

If I can get +250 on Clemson to win outright I'll play it (hoping the late money rolls in on Bama). Either way I'm a big ACC homer come Monday night.

But how can Clemson move the pig skin on that ferochous Big Al D?

Clemson dominated most of that game.

Just gave up a few big plays. First TD by McHenry, then the 2 TDs to the TE that apparently the defense forgot about. Kick off return...

Alabama's onside kick call was timed perfectly. Then they scored again.

Big plays won the day for Alabama. I think Clemson's ability to dominate Alabama's line surprised quite a few people.

Interesting viewership numbers are in...

2015 Football Title Game: Bama vs Clemson -- 26.2 million viewers (ESPN)
2014 Football Title Game: Ohio State vs Oregon -- 34.1 million viewers (ESPN)

2015 Basketball Title Game: Duke vs Wisconsin -- 28.3 million viewers (CBS)

*football viewership includes online WatchESPN megacast as well

Follow on to the viewership numbers...

...sports TV programming making a turn back towards network TV coverage... http://www.sportsbusinessdaily.com/Journal/Issues/2016/01/11/In-Depth/Media-main.aspx

Will be interesting to see if this possible "trend" may affect a potential ACC Network - or lack thereof. Or, the long-term vitality of SEC Network, Big Ten Network, etc. Personally, I am lukewarm on an ACC Network. I kind of would like to see it in my DISH package, but I have got to be honest, I am very unlikely to watch about 95% of its content. I don't really give a rat's nut about the Syracuse-Wake Forest women's soccer match. (and that's from someone who actually does follow more sports than just FB and MBB)

We'll see...

I am 100% happy with the current media coverage of GT sports. Occasionally there is a game that is not available, but it is digitally. If anything, I'd be willing to pay a nominal fee for digital access if an ACC network is developed that way.

Agree 100%, BAJ!!

I travel overseas quite a bit and I like being able to watch games via laptop/tablet on airplanes, in hotels outside the U.S., in airports, among many other places I could list but won't. :)

I can hook up everything at home however and whenever needed. I far prefer paying a small fee for that online that is more mobile than my TV at home. Of course, these days they should be able to accommodate both with one account/fee.

Side note, the GTAA (as usual) does an absolutely pathetic job marketing the All-Access package. I went over recently to take a look as I was considering subscribing for a few months in spring to get the beesball games, GT tennis matches, etc., that aren't scheduled for TV or WatchESPN-type streaming. And, like the past, they have no schedules, no information, etc.

Would this fall under Brandon Gaudin's responsibilities?
