The Joltin Jackets, now cracking the top 10 in at least one poll, will face its 4th straight left-handed starter. Hopefully, it will lead to another win for the JJ's. Season opening telecast for the SEC Network. Tom Hart and Kyle Peterson, who is pretty influential, will have the broadcast from Clemson Without a Lake.

The Tigers are coming off a winless weekend in Pensacola against 3 different teams and stands 6-6 on the season.

(note, I'm glad we got this series back on the schedule annually...some great memories for me as a student at Ma Tech watching Frank Thomas and Bo Jackson blasting homers at the Rusty C only followed by Frank Bolick and Rico Ingram doing the same in our half of the inning)

They(Auwburned)come here next week on Tuesday the 15th.
Planning on going. Maybe we see Zac Ryan for the save.

Hughes has a 3-0 record, 0.50 ERA.

looking forward to seeing what the boys can do against Auburn.

hope the bats are hot tonight. I believe this game can be seen on the SEC network

Schedule didn't have a time listed, however GTJT622 gave us the update in another thread with a 5:30 start time on $EC Network.

Only two undefeated teams left in Collegiate Baseball:
Gardner Webb, 13-0.
Ga. Tech, 11-0(9th in one poll, 17th in another).

Cole just had his best inning in the bottom of the 4th. A couple of DP's helped him out in earlier innings.

Down 1-0 heading to the top of the 5th. Jackets' bats are silent so far.

Need to get something going offensively.

There we go, JJ's! Tied it up in the top of the 5th.

Let's get some more.

DAMMIT! FRUSTRATION

Bases loaded with 1 out and Gonzo then Kel neither get a run in. Tied 1-1 heading to the bottom of the 5th.

Hopefully Cole can give us another inning or two.

There we go, Joey Bart! 2-run double puts the JJ's up 3-1 in the top of the 6th.

Nice!clap

Heading to the 9th with the JJ's up 4-1. Some insurance in the 9th would be nice.

Let's get it, Jackets!!

Jackets win!!

TWELVE AND OH, BABYYYYYY!

We will continue to keep Danny Hall as Head Coach until he loses. Lose a game...and, he's gone. Simple as that.

BANANA DARK HAIRED
Fantastic job (once again!) by the pen. Pitts gave up a run thanks to a walk to the first Auburn batter. From there on, he settled down and got stronger as the game progressed. Nice DP's by the middle infield helped and they turned another nation-leading DP in the 8th for Micah Carpenter. Burton Dulaney was awesome coming in for Pitts and Gorst closed it easily in the 9th.

Now, let's go get a couple in Tallahassee and get the A.C.C. schedule off to a good start.

WOOHOO!!

excellent game. They missed on a few opportunities, but there was some good pitching, some solid defense and some clutch hitting.

glad to see the team didn't get rattled early.

Great win.

Go Jackets! Beat FSU!
