So many like to poke at the SEC. But, for the 2nd year in a row, an A.C.C. team is self-imposing a postseason ban at March Madness as today Louisville informed its players that they will not participate as part of the investigation of the escort service for recruiting purposes. Recall, last year Syracuse self-imposed a postseason ban.

Syracuse was removed from the A.C.C.T. which led to scheduling changes. We'll see if the same applies to UofL this year. This costs the A.C.C. money as UofL would certainly be a NCAAT team and one which could've brought in more money by advancing deep.

You've got UNC as the absolute kings of the worst systemic cheating that has gone on in collegiate history. You've got the Canes paying lavish money to recruit in the Shapiro case. I mean, it's pretty sad that a 6-6 NATS FB team represents the Coastal in the 2012 A.C.C.CG because not one, but TWO, division foes self-imposed a ban to keep them from playing.

What and who is next?

The NCAA won't do much to any of what is mentioned above of course. Barely a slap on the wrist. But, watch out Albuquerque Community College for Women! Your fencing team is on the NCAA's radar and you likely will receive multi-year sanctions, by Buddha!

Collegiate sports is getting really hard to follow and support anymore.

Self imposed ban on sprinkled doughnuts, unless we get Robertson of course.
This because of my association with the Decatur St. Dandies. Hey, the GSU games were boring. What other defense should I come up with?

SEC thinks they are the best football conference and can get away with everything
ACC thinks they are the best basketball conference and can get away with everything

So if we want to go to a bowl game next year I need to not dance and have sex?
Odds are we miss the bowl game next year:)
