After years of sharply raising the compensation for some of their best-known employees, college sports programs across the nation are now facing the prospect of having to make substantial pay increases for many of their less prominent workers.
Obviously, programs like ours, that have fewer employees are less affected, however, programs that have less income, like ours, are also more greatly affected, so this will be interesting to see if more graduate students will begin to fill roles or this will be be the kick in the rear that the ACC needs to get their Network on the air.
