Tough day for the guys...

Petefish +3 (tied for 144th)
Whaley and Waller both +5 (tied for 214th)

Dang, that was a rough day. Maybe one of them can go low tomorrow and get into match play.

A very nice young girl who works summers at my club made it to the quarterfinals of the women's amateur last week. She's a junior at SMU.

Whaley (+2 today) and Waller (+6 today) are done. Petefish (+3 yesterday) and has a chance if he can throw a -2 or better up there for today's round and then get a little luck from some guys in front of him going over par today. He should be in his front 9 as of 5pmET Tuesday.

He dropped a couple strokes on the front nine with three bogeys and a birdie. Needs a strong finish to make the cut. Thanks for the updates and link.

USGA site advises 2nd round play was suspended at 8:13pmET/7:13pmCT due to darkness. Petefish's 2nd round back nine has not been updated so I assume he'll have to finish up Wednesday morning.

The projected cut line is at +3 so he needs to shoot a 32 or better to keep playing we can guess. Back nine is par 34.

Petefish finishes +7 and is done. Good experience for these young guys though. Now, they can get back to the start of the academic school year that kicked off this week and get focused on the fall Jacket schedule.
