We know that our contract with CJP has provisions to deter a poacher, and he knows this is a rebuild....do you think a P5 school comes calling soon?

Have not seen any basketball games and not knowing TStan If I was him I would get him a small raise but at this time I would not add a year. Wait a another year and see how much improvement there is next year.

Hard to say. Still need some recruits!
I might add another year and add additional incentives/bonuses

I am more worried abut keeping the staff together.
